Terms and condition of use of hotelup.com Web Site, hereinafter referred to as
"Hotelup".
Agreement between User and
SIFOR SRL Unipersonale, hereinafter referred to as "SIFOR".
Hotelup is operated by SIFOR SRL
Unipersonale, registered in Cagliari Chamber of Commerce, Italy with VAT
registration No 02546350923.
The User is the person accessing and/or using Hotelup via the internet.
Hotelup is offered to the User under condition of the User acceptance of the terms and conditions herein
contained.
User access to and use of Hotelup constitutes User's agreement to all such terms and
conditions.
Whereby Hotelup contains links to other SIFOR operated web sites the terms and conditions herein contained apply to the use of these other web
sites.
Use of Hotelup
Hotelup is for User's personal use and not for any commercial use of it by
User. User may not copy, distribute, display, reproduce, license, create derivative works from,
transfer with or without an economic outcome any information or service or product of any kind and format obtained from Hotelup, unless prior written approval from SIFOR is
granted.
No unlawful or prohibited use
Hotelup will not be used for any purpose that is unlawful or by any means prohibited
under these terms and
conditions. User shall not use Hotelup in any manner which may harm SIFOR
or other parties or adversely affect the functionality of Hotelup or its
use by others. User shall not obtain or attempt to obtain from or through
Hotelup any information that is not already and intentionally made available
from or through
Hotelup.
Links to other web sites not operated by SIFOR
Hotelup may contain links, direct or indirect, to other web sites that are not
operated by SIFOR. SIFOR is not in control of these other web sites and is
not responsible in any respect for the contents of or for any consequence
derived from the use of these otehr web sites. The links contained in
Hotelup are provided only for the User convenience and this does not imply endorsement by SIFOR of
the contents of these other web sites or any association with their
operators.
As an example and without limitations the above apply also to links which
appear in a frame of Hotelup framed pages although the framed page it is
contained in Hotelup. As an example and without limitations some of this
links are identified as "Hotelup" and these are links to online
reservation systems not managed by SIFOR.
Duration of the agreement
SIFOR reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate the
agreement at any time, without notice.

Hotelup contains or makes available information that may not be correct, may include errors and omissions and may be changed at any time without notice.
The User should not rely upon this information for User's personal decisions or for User's
advising any other party.
SIFOR does not declare or guarantee the suitability, reliability, timeliness and accuracy of
the information contained on or made available through Hotelup, for any purpose. All
this information is provided by SIFOR "as is" without declaration or warranty of any kind, including all implied
declarations and warranties.
SIFOR shall in no event be liable for damages of any kind, including but
not limited to direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages,
damages for loss of use or loss of data or loss of profits, arising out of or in any way connected with the use of Hotelup. If User
does not consider satisfactory Hotelup or any portion of it or any of these terms and conditions,
the User will have the sole and exclusive remedy to discontinue using
Hotelup.
Miscellaneous
User hereby accept the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Cagliari, Italy,
for all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of
Hotelup. User will not use Hotelup in all instances and areas or countries
where the laws and regulations do not give effect to all of these terms and conditions.
This agreement or the use of Hotelup by the User do not constitute and is
not construed to mean any joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship
between User and SIFOR.
SIFOR may change these terms and conditions of use at any time, without
notice.
Privacy
SIFOR will not gather and keep User's personal information without the
User's authorization. If so authorized by the User SIFOR will keep
the User's information strictly confidential and will not disclose them to
others. The User's informations will be used only for the scope for which
the User made the information available and gave its authorization. |
